SAT FEBRUARY 17
Own a board or ski and need an excuse to use it?
The Mooloolaba Beach Festival has a course for SUPs, surf skis and paddle boards (surf rescue boards) – a 5km out and back course starting and finishing at Mooloolaba Beach.
Paddle sports are excellent for fitness and provide a total body workout. They’re also loads of fun when you have a group to paddle with…so get involved!
IMPORTANT: All paddlers must supply their own Personal Flotation Device (PFD / Life Jacket). Entry will not be permitted without it.
FEBRUARY 17 & 18
Join Yoga guru Kat Harding for daily Beach Yoga sessions. The free sessions will include Sunrise Yoga on Saturday, Stretch Yoga designed for participants, yoga for beginners and a few advanced poses for seasoned yoga enthusiasts.
All you need is a beach towel (instead of a yoga mat..)
Location: Mooloolaba Beach, in front of Loo-with-a-view
Anyone can enter, you’ll just need you own ‘tools’ and a big imagination!
Each group will receive their own patch of sand to build their sculpture and our professional artists will provide some tips & tricks.
We’ll have some great prizes up for grabs so get the family involved!
Location: Mooloolaba Beach, Event Site
SAT FEBRUARY 17 | 6:45pm
New Location: Charles Clark Park, 13-47 River Esplanade
What a way to finish your Saturday – kick back and enjoy a movie under the stars.
Starry Night Movies will host two sessions, so you’ll have some cartoons for the kids then a movie to follow, both are free for the whole family.
This is an alcohol free event.
