BRING ON TERRIGAL!
Hey gang,
We're pumped - Terrigal Swim Fest is now only one week away, on March 7th & 8th...bring it on!
On Saturday March 7th, we start our weekend with a Freestyle Technique Clinic and two open water clinics - here you'll receive expert coaching, tips & tricks from elite coaches and athletes, plus rub shoulders with some special guests. Then on Sunday, ocean swims ranging from the 300m Junior Giants to the Terrigal 5.0, plus an exciting new format, the Knockout Sprint Relay which is free to enter, or just park up in the Terrigal SLSC and enjoy some hospo as a spectator!
And for all your friends and support crew to take part, get them along to the new Terrigal Pavilion for our Official Welcome Party on Sat March 7th.

Swims Galore!
Sunday is all about the ocean swims, ranging from the 300m Junior Giants event to the big one: the Terrigal 5.0. Swimmers of all levels take to the water, from eager first-timers to elite athletes and current Australian team members.

Knockout Sprint Relay
This one will be a blast whether you're a participant or spectator! It involves three events back-to-back, 1000m, 500m & 250m, with only the top finishers progressing to the next event.

Freestyle Clinic
Are you ready to take your freestyle to the next level? Look no further! We are thrilled to present a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from legends of the swimming world. This will be held at the Gosford Olympic Pool on Sat March 7th and limited to 60 swimmers only.

Open Water Clinics
These sessions offer expert coaching, tips & tricks from guest coaches in the same location as the main event on Sunday.
Two sessions will be offered, at 8:00am & 10:00am, each limited to just 50 swimmers.
