2020 Mooloolaba Swim Festival - This Weekend!

It's the most popular short course swim in Queensland and the 8th annual Mooloolaba Mile is this weekend!

Online entries for all events close this Friday at 4:00pm (AEST)

Every swimmer who fundraises more than $200 will receive a free entry into an event of their choice on either March 7 or 8.

2.5km Alex to Mooloolaba (Sat)

Register at Mooloolaba, jump on our buses to Alex Headland, SWIM BACK! ☀️🏊‍♂️🌴

If you love a point-to-point swim, give this one a go - 2.5km from Alex to Mooloolaba Beach.

3.0km & 1.6km (Sun)

This is the big one and One Mile (1.6km) is well within reach for beginners.  If you've left your training late, this distance is still achievable.

On Sunday there is also a long course, the Mooloolaba 3.0.

Short Courses

The sheltered bay of Mooloolaba is a cracking spot to tackle your first ocean swim. 

Our 800m 'Half Mile' course is ideal for beginners and the 300m Junior Giants event is loads of fun for kids aged 8 - 16 years.

4WESOME Teams Challenge

Our new ‘4wesome Teams Challenge’ allows you to swim the Mooloolaba Mile as an individual (from any wave group), but compete as a team – the fastest combined time wins (all four swimmers).
