How to Complete your Entry

Congratulations on securing a place on our pre-register! 

Pre-registrations for all Event Categories are now full, so pre-registrations have closed.  Only registrations for the Waiting List are now available.

Remember, a pre-registration has only reserved your place until official entries open, you still need to complete your paid entry in the allocated timeframe.

Below is a brief outline of the process to complete your entry in SWIM THE GOLD COAST. We will be sending you an email on October 1st with a link to the official entry form.

KEY DATES

October 01

• Entries Open for Pre-Registered Swimmers
• You will be sent a link to enter and you must complete your online entry BEFORE 12:00PM OCTOBER 14
• If you have not completed an entry BEFORE 12:00PM OCTOBER 14, your pre-registration will be released

October 14

• All available entries are released to Waiting List registrations
• Successful Wait-List registrations are then notified and have 48 hours to complete their online entry

October 18

• Early Bird Entries Open to Public (if available)
• Any Event Categories with spaces available will go on-sale at Early Bird rates

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• If you wish to enter a different Event Category from that which you pre-registered, you will need to apply for the change BEFORE OCTOBER 01. Email us at info@worldseriesswims.com.au to apply.
• You will need a credit card to complete your online entry. Entry Fees are listed on the event website
• You don’t require your Skippers details to complete your entry, but you will need to confirm these no less than 60 days prior. Your entry will be forfeited without them.
• Your entry is non-transferable and there is a strict Refund Policy – please check the event website for details.
