Macquarie Bondi to Bronte | World Series Swims

This Summer will be one very special edition of the B2B! For the first time ever, the Bondi to Bronte Ocean Swim will flip it’s course direction, with the 2.2km course running from Bronte to Bondi.
With Bronte Surf Life Saving Club beginning an 18-month redevelopment of its clubhouse, building works will be taking place on Bronte Beach. To keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, the course will flip direction for one year only, creating a Special Edition Bronte-to-Bondi swim!

The Annual B2B
Bondi to Bronte (2.2km)
The course traditionally starts in front of Bondi Pavilion, runs out from Bondi, around Mackenzie’s Point and down the coast into Bronte Beach, a distance of 2.1 – 2.4km (depending on the positioning of the buoy off McKenzie’s point).

Bondi Bay Swim (1.0km)
A great hit out on Bondi Beach this event is the ideal stepping stone to the longer B2B event and a great addition for seasoned swimmers wanting to push their limits and complete two distances.
The course starts and finishes in the same location on Bondi Beach, so all swimmers can have their family and friends to cheer them on and celebrate with them at the finish.
Junior Swim (1000m & 500m)
Junior Ocean Swims will be held at Bondi Beach.
Both courses start and finish in the same location, so all swimmers can have their family and friends nearby to cheer them on and celebrate with them at the finish.
Major Prizes
Enter the Bondi to Bronte Ocean Swim or Bronte Bay Swim online and you will go into the draw to win a return trip for two people to the Gold Coast for the Cooly Classic Ocean Swim on May 16-17 2026.
The Major Prize includes return flights, accommodation and swim entries into any distances.
