Some might say it's 'only 1.6km', but that's what makes it so popular!
One Mile is spot on for most swimmers - it's just far enough for a challenge, but not out of reach if you aren't training regularly.
But, if one mile isn't enough, try our long course, the Mooloolaba 3.0. If one mile is too far, then the 800m Half Mile should be your goal.
Regardless of the distance you choose, it's a super social event and only as serious as you want it to be. We have a 'Mates Wave' too, so you can swim with your friends, family or training buddies.
