Refund Policy

If any changes are required to the proposed courses, distances, program or in the event of postponement or cancellation, entry fees are non-refundable, this includes credits.

Registrations are not transferable to other people. Entry fee refunds for withdrawals will only be given to eligible participants if World Series Swims is notified by email before the deadlines below:

All withdrawals will incur the following cancellation fees:

Before January 16: 25% of entry fee
Before March 13: 50% of entry fee
After April 10: No Refunds or Credits Available

This is an event with a limited capacity and sufficient notice is required to fill vacated entries. Therefore, no refunds or credits can be offered AFTER APRIL 10, 2023 once we are within four weeks of the event.
