KLIMSWIM Open Water Clinic

These sessions offer expert coaching, tips & tricks from guest coaches in the same location as the main event on Sunday.   Two sessions will be offered, each limited to just 50 swimmers.

Hosted by Michael Klim and special guest coaches Ky Hurst and Josh Taylor, this is a rare opportunity to learn from past and present stars of the pool and open water.

Pre-Swim Stretch & Activation

Race day is here — let’s get you ready to glide!

This dynamic session focuses on firing up your key swimming muscles, loosening through the shoulders and back, and building that calm, confident energy you want before the start line.
Think of it as your pre-race ritual: quick, effective, and guaranteed to have you feeling strong, mobile, and race-ready.

This session is provided by Belle Movement, a Pilates and Movement studio located at both Ettalong Beach and Umina Beach on the Central Coast of NSW.
